Requesting a new password in Aspen iProperty® is easy. If you need a new password, go to the Aspen iProperty® homepage.
Step 1: At the Homepage, click the Forgot Password? 'Click here' hyperlink.
Step 2: Now at the 'Request New Password' page, type in, and confirm your email address. Click on the 'Go' button. Note: A temporary (P-format) password will be emailed to you. This P-format password is not your permanent password.
Step 3: After you receive your temporary password, go back to the Aspen iProperty® login page. Enter your email address and the temporary, P-format password from your email.
Step 4: On the next screen, you will enter the temporary P-format password in the first box 'Old Password'. You will then choose a new permanent password and enter it in the second box "New Password", and third box "Confirm New Password". Remember to keep your new, permanent password on file!
