Account Registration or Renewal:
An account registration or renewal will be refunded if requested within 45 days of the original registration or renewal payment date and there have been no transactions on the account since the registration or renewal payment date.
Background Checks:
Once a background check has been submitted, even if the details are subsequently found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or in duplicate, Aspen iRecord® passes an immediate automated request to your chosen background check company and costs are immediately being incurred. Therefore once a background check has been submitted no refunds are possible.
