User interface changes
Enhancements have been made to the look and feel of Aspen iRecord®, providing a more consistent user experience, making it easier for you as a customer to predict what you can interact with and how to move forward on any page. Some quick examples, among others, include;
- On the top right of your screen when logged in, the menu has been improved to make the most frequently used options easier to find.
- Consistent coloring has been applied throughout the application, making clickable links and all primary call to action buttons (Save, Update, Confirm) green to make them stand out and easier to identify for faster navigation.
Population of chat window fields
Improving on the recently introduced chat feature within Aspen iRecord®, making it easier for you to communicate with our Customer Care Team, the required fields in that chat window are now populated for you if you are logged into your account.
