Define a new Business Primary Contact
As businesses grow and change over time, the people in those businesses do not always stay in the same role forever. To account for this, we have introduced a way for you to change who the pivotal role of the Primary Contact is for your account.
How can I change the Primary Contact?
Update business phone and business email
While the Primary Contact is the main administrative person for your account. We appreciate they may not always be the person you want customers and prospective work providers contacting.
To allow for this, we have introduced a means to allow you to maintain a business phone number and business email address that is displayed on your Marketing Profile which you can maintain independently from your Primary Contact’s phone and email address.
