Vendor Verification Status
This is the status of your Aspen iRecord® account, this status can be found on the Profile tab located below the Affiliations and Insurance sections.
Awaiting Verification Decision - the account would reflect this status when you have not completed the requirements with the background check company. You are not able to submit yourself or any contact for a background check while the account is in this particular status.
Enabled - the account would reflect this status when you have completed the requirements for the background check company and you are able to submit yourself or any contact for a background check.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are completing the background check process with ClearStar, you will not need to complete the vendor verification. It will display as "Awaiting Verification Decision," but you will have access to your ABC number, expiration date, and compliance status without completing this process.
