Aspen iMobile® Access

Aspen Grove Solutions can turn on the ability for an Organization to assign Aspen iMobile™ access to its contacts – once this has been completed the next step is for the organization to decide which of their contacts they want to turn on the iMobile capability.

Log into your Aspen iRecord® account, click on the ‘Contacts’ tab and then click on the contact name that you are provided access to Aspen iMobile™.

To Allow Access
To allow this person to log into Aspen iMobile™ check the box located next to
Aspen iMobile™ and then click the ‘Update’ button to save your changes.

Note: If you do not wish this person to have access to Aspen iRecord®, click on the box next to Aspen iRecord® to uncheck and disable login access.

Contacts Tab
From the Contacts tab, click on the box next to the person you are allowing access to Aspen iMobile™. Next click on ‘Activate Logins’ located in the Actions box.

You will be presented with the contacts login details. Click the ‘OK’ button to trigger an automatic email to this person advising them of their user name and password with details for their next steps.

There are 2 possible emails that could be triggered and sent to the person you have given access to Aspen iMobile™:

1) For contacts with existing Aspen iRecord® log in details.
2) For contacts getting credentials for the first time.

Hello John Smith,

You are now able to use Aspen iMobile™!
You have been activated to have access to Aspen iMobile™.

• You have been registered to use Aspen iMobile™ and already have your own Aspen iRecord™ account.

Just log into Aspen iMobile™ using your Aspen iRecord® login details.
