Uploading Required Documentation
Before you submit a contact for a background check through your Aspen iRecord® account, required documents will need to be completed for this individual within their contact profile.
- Click on the Contacts tab & select the relevant contact:
- Scroll to the bottom of the contact profile & select Complete Background Check Documentation:
- Follow the instructions in the new Documents Required in Order to Submit a Background Checkscreen:
- Download the required documentation, complete & wet-sign:
- Upload the required completed documents:
- Select Continue to Submit For Background Check & follow the unchanged background check submission process:
It’s important to note that background checks incur fees in addition to your Aspen iRecord® annual subscription.
