If for any reason you need to cancel a background check please contact our Customer Care Team and we will arrange for the existing background check to be cancelled.
You may also submit a request to ifamilysupport@aspengrovesolutions.com.
As per our refund policy we are unable to provide refunds on previously submitted background checks, as these will have already started processing by your chosen background check company.
