First Advantage have received your request to order background checks through Aspen iRecord®. Your account is currently being set up. To order background checks in Aspen iRecord® and to view the details of your background screening reports through First Advantage’s Contractor Advantage platform, you will need to participate in the Credentialing process.
If you are already a First Advantage customer who has previously participated in the Credentialing process, then please reply to this message and provide your current account number. We may be able to streamline the process. Your current account and your new account must have the same address.
If you are brand new to First Advantage, then a site inspection of your business location is required to begin the credentialing process. To initiate this, please reply to this email with answers to the below questions. Once your answers have been reviewed by an analyst, you will receive an email from Get Verified with instructions to conduct a virtual site inspection. The attached document provides an overview of the process and a list of frequently asked questions.
