After 60 working days of submitting a background check, your chosen background check company will cancel the order if you have not completed all required documentation.
This can happen any time your background check company needs more information from you to complete the background check. The most common situation, is where there was an issue identified on the SSA89 form that was submitted. Your chosen background check company will attempt to reach out to you several times, asking for this information to be updated and Aspen will make a final attempt to reach you. If you fail to update your documentation, as requested, your background check will be cancelled and all associated costs will be nonrefundable as per our refund policy.
