The Dashboard is made up of different sections described here.
Search Bar & System Menu
You may use the search bar at the top of the page to search for properties using various parameters. Select your search criterion from the drop-down menu and select Go.
You may also navigate to the Change Password section, as well as log out of the system, using the menu of options at the top of the screen.

You may navigate to the other sections of the system using the Property, Work Lists, and Notes tabs.

The Welcome section offers a quick overview of any new activity in your account. The My Tasks section shows your Overdue Work, Due Today, and All Open Work. Clicking a relevant section will open those work orders in your My Tasks window.
You may also review any New Assignments and Recent Unread notes.
The My Tasks section lists the work orders assigned to you according to Type, Status, Asset #, Address, Due Date, and Person. You can filter work orders by person. You can also select work orders that are All Open, Over Due, or Due Today. Overdue work orders are color-coded red, Due Today are color-coded amber, and Due Next 7 Days are color-coded green. Change the number of rows per page to show from ten up to 100, as required.
The work orders section lists the work orders assigned to your organization. By selecting the appropriate radio button, you can choose to view all work orders or only work orders assigned to you. Work orders are listed according to Work Order #, Type, Details, Status, Asset #, Address,Vendor Due Date, Work Provider, Person, and Vendor Person. Change the number of rows to show per page from ten up to 100, as required.
Calendar/Task View Calendar/List View
The default view for the Dashboard is Task View. You have the option to select Calendar View by clicking on the icon. You can then view your work orders by week or by month. They are color coded to indicate work orders that are overdue, due that day, or open.
Recently Added Properties
The Recently Added Properties section lists details of the ten latest properties to be set up on the system, together with their addresses, clients, and statuses. Each property added replaces a property added to the list earlier. You can check the status history of a property by clicking the icon.
Aspen Care Centre and Other Links
This section of the Dashboard features useful links, including Customer Care, Interactive Webinars, the Aspen iLearn® training system, and the latest Release Notes on enhancements to the system.
