Integrated versus non-integrated vendors

This is a vendor who has an Aspen iRecord® account. A management company can send them connection codes to connect to their network. Vendors can be connected to multiple management companies. They then show in the management company's address book with a little symbol beside their name.

Non-integrated vendor

The management company adds a non-integrated vendor directly to their address book. Such vendors have no Aspen iRecord® accounts.
