You will see your captured photos view-able with the relevant question on the separate page behind the image icon. You will have the option to delete any photos taken or add a note to the photo. Click “Notes” to notate the photo. You can add a tag to a photo such as “before” or “after” by placing it in the correct “photo category” to display work progress and results. This photo category will transfer over to iProperty® if you add one but this is optional and you don’t need to select any category if you don’t usually do so. You will also have the option to add a description to each photo. Again this is optional and will not transfer over to iProperty® unless you add a description to the photo itself. When you have finished, it will automatically save the information so the user just needs to click the back button on the top right hand side of the screen to bring them back to the task page. When the user returns to the task page they can see exactly how many photos are attached to the question as this is visible at the top of the image icon. It’s useful to note that Aspen iProperty® Mobile automatically resizes photos to 1024x768 dimensions and appears in 720p resolution. Each photo will be about 130 kilobytes in storage size and each work order can hold up to 400 total attached images.
