To assign a newly added Preserve and Protect Work Order to Aspen iProperty Mobile℠
A Vendor Organization using Aspen iProperty® Vendor Portal, will need to assign the work order to a Vendor Contact within their organization to allow the vendor to begin working on the work order using Aspen iProperty Mobile℠.
When that Vendor Person signs into Aspen iProperty Mobile℠ they will see only their work orders, not every work order associated to that property.
Click on the Preserve and Protect Work Order Summary link to view the Preserve and Protect Work Order. When opened, you will see that the Preserve and Protect Work Order is in an Ordered status and the Vendor Person is Unassigned. Select the vendor person from the drop-down list and check the green check mark to save the Vendor Person to the work order. If this vendor is not added as a Contact in Aspen iRecord® select the Close button to exit out of the work order. The vendor will now view this work order in Aspen iProperty Mobile℠.
You are now ready to begin using Aspen iProperty Mobile℠ to manage your assigned work orders.
