Update License
Step 1: Navigate to the Aspen iAgent® website using this URL: https://iagent.aspengrove.net/Library/Security/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f
Once you have logged in click on the "My Profile" tab
Step 2: Click on the "Attachments" sub-tab
Step 3: Review the list of your current licenses taking note of the State, County and City fields
Your licenses are grouped by "State", "County" and "City". When you replace a license these are the 3 fields the system considers. If you are replacing an expired license you must use the same "State", "County" and "City" as the previous license upload for the system to recognize that you are replacing a previous license and updating it to a current one
Step 4: To Upload your new license, click on the "Upload License" option on the left side of your screen within the "Actions" box
Step 5: Fill in all required fields and then click on the "Add" option on the far right side to add your new details.
Note: the "County" and "City" are not required fields
Step 6: If you have replaced the license but are still receiving an expired license notification, it may be due to your "State", "County" and "City" fields
Check the licenses listed in your account. Look at all your expired licenses and check if they each have a replacement with the same "State", "County" and "City". If there are discrepancies (ex: the fields for the previous license uploads are not matching your current upload) you can update your license to exclude County and City entirely.
Click on the file name of the License that you need to update.
Click on the "Edit Attachment" option located on the far left side of your screen within the "Actions" box to change the County City Grouping as desired.
Step 7: To confirm that your licenses have been uploaded, click on the "Attachments" sub-tab and then scroll down to the license section. You should see your upload listed there as a line item reflecting the license details (expiration date, coverage amount etc.).

I have my update E&O insurance ..where do I uploade it?
I have completed a Certificate of Completion for the following: 8 hours of real estate continuing education by the California Department of Real Estate and 37 hours of continuing education. Both certificates have gone over to the DMV to update my broker's license, however, I don't have my renewed broker's license and certificate. Please let me know if PAS will need these two Certificates to not suspend me in getting properties. Also, I have uploaded both Certificates into Aspen iAgent.
I apologize, I meant to write my Completion Certificates have gone to the DRE (Department of Real Estate).
