If you are having problems uploading photos to a BPO - it could be due to compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 11 and the version of Java you are using. To remedy this - you can check to see if you are on IE 11 by clicking on the 'gear' icon at the top right, then on About Internet Explorer. If you are on IE 11, log into Aspen iAgent and go to the Photo page on the BPO. From there click on Tools at the top left of your screen, then click on Compatibility View. You may be logged out and if so log back in and go back to the BPO - this should now allow JAVA to load so that you can upload your photos.
You may need to download a new version of Java; the best way to do this is to remove all existing versions of Java, and then go to the Java website and download the latest version to your computer.
