To delete an expense, you will first need to locate the Property with the Pending Expense. You can do this by clicking on the asset number if it displays on your dashboard, or by searching by asset (loan) number or address. You can also access by clicking on the number next to Receivables or Payables under "Expenses not Submitted" at the top of the dashboard. When the expenses display in a list, click on the asset number to bring you to the property. Once you locate the property, click on the Expense tab to view your Expenses list.
Once you have located the duplicate/pending expense, check the box next to this expense and select X Delete Expenses from the actions box on the left.
