Aspen iRecord® Upload Insurance, License and References:
Your attachments tab allows you to upload your Insurance, Licenses and References for your Organization.
To Upload an Insurance Policy:
At the ‘Attachments’ tab, click on the ‘Upload Insurance Policy’ link from your ‘Actions’ box.
A popup window will appear to add your license details. Complete all required fields. Use the calendar to easily input your Insurance effective and expiry date in the proper format. Click the ‘Browse’ button to browse your computer and choose your Insurance policy to upload. Click the ‘Upload’ button to add your Insurance Policy.
Note: Successful uploads will receive the message ‘The file was successfully uploaded.’ and you will see the newly uploaded Insurance in the Insurance section of the ‘Attachments’ tab.
To Upload a License:
At the ‘Attachments’ tab, click on the ‘Upload License’ link from your ‘Actions’ box.
A popup window will appear to add your license details. Complete all required fields. Use the calendar to easily input your license expiration date in the proper format. Click the ‘Browse’ button to browse your computer and choose your license to upload. Click the ‘Upload’ button to add your license.
To Upload a References:
At the ‘Attachments’ tab, click on the ‘Upload References’ link from your ‘Actions’ box.
Note: You can delete references that you have uploaded by checking the check box next to the reference and then select the ‘Delete Reference’ link from your ‘Actions’ box.
Other Attachments:
This section allows you to delete certain attachments that you previous uploaded from your organization page. Such as your company logo and photo.
To delete the attachment check the check box next to the attachment and then select the ‘Delete Attachment’ link from your ‘Actions’ box.
