There may be an issue with your credit card or credit card details. Please ensure your credit card is functioning properly and that the credit card details entered are correct.

Once you ensure that the credit card details are correct, you will be able to pay your outstanding invoice and fully restore the account functionality within your Aspen iRecord® account. Your annual renewal fee can be reprocessed by following these steps:
- Hover over the Billing link
- Choose My Bill
- Change the date in just the first date range field to the beginning of the year and click Go
- Click the Pay Now link on the most recent invoice
