After making a release decision
Where you have clicked the Release IC Status button the IC02, IC03 or IC04 will be displayed within your Aspen iRecord® account.
Where you have clicked the Do Not Release IC Status button, the individual compliance result will be displayed as “Private” in your Aspen iRecord® account.
In the event you make the status private, it will reflect as a incomplete status to your connected work providers. You would have to resubmit the background check to release the status.
Once you make an update to release or not release the status, it cannot be reversed. It would require a new background check submission to made.
