As an integrated vendor of both the Aspen iRecord® portal and the Aspen iProperty® portals you can assign the work order to your team members by choosing to click on the pencil icon alongside the Vendor person field.
Note: you need to be integrated vendor within Aspen iRecord® portal and the Aspen iProperty® portal. You need to set up your Contacts in the Aspen iRecord® portal in order for them to appear in the drop-down option as a Vendor Person in Aspen iProperty® portal so that you can assign the work order to them successfully.
As an integrated vendor, the contacts that you’ve added in Aspen iRecord® will appear in the drop-down list in Aspen iProperty® portal so to assign this Vendor Person to this work order.
If you are not an integrated vendor, a warning will appear and the system will not allow you to assign a Vendor Person to this work order.
If using Aspen iProperty Mobile℠, the work order becomes available to your team member on their Aspen iProperty Mobile℠ application when you have entered their name in the Vendor Person field. A work order that is not assigned to a Vendor Person is not visible on Aspen iProperty Mobile℠.
You are now ready to begin using Aspen iProperty Mobile℠ to manage your assigned work orders.
