You have a message in your InspectorAde app stating an image has exceeded the Aspen size limit. Here is an example of what it looks like:
Step 1: Find a photo with a matching label, and click the information icon. In the list that comes up, the "UploadFilename" is <InspectionImageID>.jpg. If this ID matches the ID in the error message, the correct image has been found.
Step 2: Click on the Image icon as circled below:
And this will open the Image Info:
Step 2: Verify that the name matches the InspectionImageID listed in the error message.
Step 3: Once the image(s) are identified, you can then either delete the image from the inspection (using the X icon), or select 'Rejected' in the approve / reject tab which will keep the image, but will not submit it.
Step 3: Once you have done the above steps for all photos listed in the error message, the inspection can be put into Completed, Approved status and it will be submitted.
