Your Broker Procedure Manual is located within your Aspen iAgent® account. Navigate to the Aspen iAgent® website using this URL:  https://iagent.aspengrove.net/Library/Security/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fIndex.aspx

Once you are logged into your account you will need to:

 1) Click on the "Communications" tab

2) In the "Actions" box (located at the top left side of your screen) click on the "View Documents" option

3) Scroll half way down on page 1 and click on the 4th option labelled "Broker Procedure Manual"

4) Click on the link labelled  "Broker Manual - Post Change & Pre Change (STARTS PAGE 90).pdf"  to download the Broker Procedure Manual to your computer
