We have made additional improvements to enhance your experience in Aspen iRecord®. The following items were updated in our software release on 9/5/2018:
Pricing button added to Login screen
The "Learn More" button has been updated to "Pricing" on the Aspen iRecord® login screen, clicking this button will navigate you to the Aspen iRecord® Account Pricing & Fees article within the Help Center.
This is now a self-service option that will allow you to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan based on your needs.
When you registered for Aspen iRecord® you selected one of the following subscription plans:
Standard - Option allows you to purchase and/or manage the background for "ONE" contact annually.
Standard Plus - Option allows you to purchase and/or manage the background checks for "MULTIPLE" contacts annually.
Upgrade Subscription Plan
If you have selected the Standard subscription plan and later find that you need to purchase multiple background checks, you can upgrade to the Standard Plus subscription plan.
Important: Your credit card will subsequently be charged a pro-rated Upgrade Fee (a one off payment on the day of the upgrade) calculated at $4.17 per month or part thereof for the remaining duration of your current subscription.
An Annual Subscription Plan Fee of $100.00 will then apply each year commencing on your annual renewal date.
Downgrade Subscription Plan
If you have selected the Standard Plus subscription plan and later find that you no longer need to purchase multiple background checks, you can downgrade to the Standard subscription plan.
An Annual Subscription Plan Fee of $50.00 will then apply to each year commencing on your annual renewal date.
Important: The downgrade will be applied to your next account renewal. However, the purchase of more than one background check or transfer of another contact's background check into the account, before the next account renewal, will automatically revert the subscription plan to Standard Plus.
The Managing Subscriptions link can be found on the Dashboard Tab in the "Quick Links" section
or by hovering over the Billing link in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting "Manage Subscriptions" from the drop down menu
Note: Annual Subscription Plan Fees do NOT include the purchase of a background check
All Promotion Code Customers:
- No "Manage Subscriptions" link
- No upgrade/downgrade required
- No change from existing functionality
