When a property is reassigned or cancelled in your Aspen iAgent® account, a credit of $115.00 for the property acceptance fee is placed back on your account to go toward future charges. The charges can include the next property acceptance fee or the annual renewal fee.
The credit is applied to your account on the next month's billing cycle following the reassignment. You can view your account's invoice history under the "Options" menu in the upper right by clicking on
