Third Party Requesting Background Check Compliance Details
A work provider may request you to provide them with your background check compliance details, those details usually consist of the following items:
- Aspen Organization ID Number
- Validation Pin#
- ABC#
- IC Status
- Expiration Date
All of the items above can be found within your Aspen iRecord® account on the following tabs:
- Dashboard Tab - in the "My Profile" section
- Contacts Tab - click on the individual's name whose compliance is being requested
The recommended way to share background check compliance details with a work provider is by connecting with them through the network. The work provider will give you the connection and verification codes to enter into your Aspen iRecord® account on the Networks Tab.
Note: We are not able to assist with third party applications/portals, you would need to contact the provider directly for assistance.
