As of August 2019, there was an update that happened within the Aspen iAgent® account (and in iVendor®) where you would have needed to create a new "nickname" to access your account - this new "nickname" is now going to be called your new "username" (vs using an email to access your account)
What You Need to Do:
Log into Aspen iAgent® or Aspen iVendor® as normal, using your email address and password. You will be prompted to add a username to your account:
Simply create and confirm your username in the fields provided. Do not use your first name, surname, or an email format for your username.
Note: Aspen iAgent® users still need to enter their email address when validating and completing Valuation - BPO tasks.
