Following a recent change in payment providers, please login to your Aspen iAgent® account and verify that your Organization's details are up to date.
Please pay attention to your Primary Contact details and ensure that the correct information is present in your account
I provided steps below to assist you with this process:
- Hover over Options in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select "My Profile" from the drop down menu
- Click on "Edit Organization" on the left in the Actions box
