If you are sure you no longer need your Aspen iRecord® account, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
Log into your Aspen iRecord® account, hover over Billing in the upper right corner of the screen, and select Manage Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
Click Cancel my subscription and benefits below the two subscription plans.
If you qualify for a refund, the amount you will receive will be indicated on the screen:
If you do not qualify for a refund, a message to that effect will be appear.
Select your reason for cancelling from the options in the drop-down menu, and click Cancel my subscription in the bottom right corner:
A message confirming your cancellation will appear:
