If you are sure you no longer need your Aspen iRecord account you can follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
Log into your Aspen iRecord® account, hover over "Billing" in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Manage Subscriptions" from the drop down menu
Click the "Cancel my subscription and benefits" button below the two subscription plans.
If you qualify for a refund, you will be provided the amount on the screen:
If you do not qualify for a refund, you will be provided that information on the screen:
You are then required to provide the main reason for cancelling, by selecting one of the options from the drop down menu and then click the "Cancel my subscription" button in the bottom right corner:
