Offers:
⦁        Days 1-7, no offers can be submitted
⦁        Days 8-15, all offers except for those purchasing as secondary residence and investors can now be submitted
⦁        Days 16+, all offers can be submitted within this time frame

Note:  Only offers from first-time home buyers, etc. can be uploaded for the first 8 days from when the property goes to "Listed" status. 

How to Submit an Offer

To submit an offer on a property, you will need to first log into your Aspen iAgent® account here:  https://iagent.aspengrove.net/Library/Security/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fIndex.aspx. Once you are logged in you will need to:

1) Click on the Asset Number of the property you wish to place the offer on (That way you open the property summary information)

2) Click on the "Offers" tab

3) Click on the "Add Offer" option listed on the far-left side of your screen within the "Actions" box.

4) A new page will open asking you to enter all the required offer details for the property. Once that has been filled out click on the "Add" button located at the bottom right side of that page.
