If you completed a background check and received your ShieldID (ABC#) through Shieldhub and need to share it with Safeguard Properties you will need to register in Aspen iRecord to connect and share your ShieldID (ABC#) and compliance details. There are 3 easy steps you need to complete; 

1. Register on Aspen iRecord by clicking here  
2. Import your ShieldID (ABC#) into your Aspen iRecord account by following these steps: How to transfer my background check 
3. Locate your Aspen Organization ID and validation pin: Click on the contacts tab and locate your org ID (1) and validation pin (2) as shown below: 

Use these details within your Safeguard account.
