Releasing Background Check Results

If a contact has received an individual compliance result of less than IC01 from the background check company, they will have the option to release the score or not release the score.

Making a release decision

Clearstar will send an email to the contact with a link to login to the Clearstar portal.  In this email you will receive the requested date and key needed to login.

*Please note the key provided in the email will have a dash separating Key 1 and Key 2 needed for login.

(Example: key: 12345 - 12345678)

Once logged in, the contact will get the following screen where they can either choose Yes or No to release the compliance.  

After making a release decision

The ABC# and compliance score will not be released in the event you choose not to release the background check results.  

In the event you do release the compliance, you will receive the ABC# associated to the compliance.
