When your background check is completed, you will receive an email from connect@clearstar.net with a link to your background check report.
If the report shows "Incomplete - ID needs attention" it means that the images, you recently submitted for your background check, could not be used to validate your identity.
IMPORTANT: An ABC# cannot be provided until this is completed successfully, and each attempt will incur an $8 fee.
ClearStar will automatically send you a new request to complete your ClearID profile again. If you have not received this request, first check your spam, or junk folders. If the email has not arrived, then please contact ClearStar to resend a new ClearID profile:
