If you forgot your password and need to reset it to a temporary password, navigate to the Aspen iAgent® homepage here: https://iagent.aspengrove.net
Step 1: Click on the "Forgot Your Password? Click here >>" option
Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your account then click "Go" to request a temporary password. The new temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Important: If you have not logged into your account within 90 calendar days, then your account is automatically placed in an "Unapproved" status. You will not receive an email with the temporary password because you will need technical support to reactivate your account again. Contact iFamilySupport@aspengrovesolutions.com and a rep will be happy to reactivate your account.
Step 3: Click "OK" and you will be taken back to the Aspen iAgent® home page
Step 4: Once you receive the temporary password email, navigate back to the Aspen iAgent® website
Step 5: You will be prompted to set a new password. Enter the temporary password in the
"Old password" field
Step 6: When your password has successfully saved you will be brought back to the Aspen iAgent® home page. Enter your username and the new password to log in.
