If you've forgotten your password, go to this URL: https://iagent.aspengrove.net. This will take you to the Aspen iAgent® homepage where you can request a temporary password.
Step 1: On the Aspen iAgent® homepage, click on the "Forgot Your Password? Click here >>" option
Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your account then click "Go" to request a temporary password. The new temporary password will be sent to the email address you have entered.
Important: If you have not logged into your account within 90 calendar days, then your account is automatically placed in an "Unapproved" status. If you go to request a temporary password, you will not receive an email with the temporary password. You would need to contact iFamilySupport@aspengrovesolutions.com and request that your account be unlocked. A representative will need to reactivate your login.
Step 3: Click "OK" and you will be taken back to the Aspen iAgent® home page
Step 4: Once you receive the temporary password email, click on the link provided
Step 5: You will be prompted to set a new password.
Step 6: When your password has successfully saved you will be brought back to the Aspen iAgent® home page. Enter your username and the new password to log in.
