How do I provide connection codes to a network member?

Once you have created connection and verification codes for your network member, you can use your own best practices for contacting them and giving them the codes. 

However, below we have provided you with a sample template you could use for sending out the connection and verification codes to your network members if you so choose. This template includes instructions to help them with the process. 

Simply copy and paste the content below into an email, insert the correct connection and verification codes you created for that network member, and add your name or your business name at the end before sending the email.

Connecting to Your Work Provider Using Aspen iRecord®

Dear Vendor,

As you know, we require any field service provider who accesses properties in the default process to have a satisfactory background check.

To ensure we comply with industry best practice, we are using Aspen iRecord® to manage these background checks. Simply follow the steps outlined below to get up and running on the system. If you have an account and background check on Aspen iRecord® already, go directly to STEP 3 – Connect to Networks.

STEP 1 - Register For Aspen iRecord®

Navigate to Aspen iRecord®. Click the white box to Connect to Work Provider and complete the registration process by following the on-screen instructions.

STEP 2 – Transfer Your ABC# Into the Account

Log into your Aspen iRecord® account where you may then transfer in your ABC#.  Please click here for instructions.

STEP 3 –  Connect to Networks

Enter the following unique connection and verification codes into your account. This will connect your business with ours in Aspen iRecord®.
