Once you have created connection and verification codes for your network member, you can use your own best practices for contacting them and giving them the codes. However, below we have provided you with a sample template you could use for sending out the connection and verification codes to your network members if you so choose. This template includes instructions to help them with the process.
Simply copy and paste the content below into an email, insert the correct connection and verification codes you created for that network member, and add your name or your business name at the end before sending the email.

In order to stay aligned with industry best practices, we are using a process for the management of background checks for our field services network. This involves the use of the technology solution Aspen iRecord®.

Joining our Network
When you have completed your registration within Aspen iRecord® you will need to enter the following unique connection and verification codes into your account. This will connect your business with ours in Aspen iRecord®.

Verification code: YYY
You should do this immediately once registered. You do not need to wait until after you have completed credentialing or a background check.
