Aspen iProperty® Address Book Attachments Subtab
The Address Book - Attachments Subtab houses your contacts’ supporting documents.
Select your Organization
From the Address Book primary tab, click the organization link.
Attachments Tab
Click the Attachments Subtab.
The Attachments Sub-Tab
In the first section Attachments you can upload or delete the organization’s attachments. To upload an attachment, select Upload Attachment link from the Actions menu. Browse your hard drive to select the attachment.
To delete an attachment, select the checkbox next to the attachment, click Delete Attachment from the Actions menu.
The License section will allow you to upload the organization’s license by clicking on Upload License from the Actions menu. Enter all required fields and browse your hard drive to select the license for uploading.
In the Insurance section, upload the organization’s insurance policy by selecting Upload Insurance Policy from the Actions menu. Enter all required fields and browse your hard drive to select the organization’s insurance policy.
Note: You can sort any of your attachments in each section (attachments, license, and insurance) by the column headers above your list of attachments.
