The visibility of invoices in Aspen iClient® is controlled by the Management Company issuing the work orders on your behalf.
You can check if this option is available to you by opening a Task in Aspen iProperty® and selecting the Print option from the Actions Menu on the left hand side:
A new window will open with Print options available to you: Invoice, Summary, Photos, Client Approval, Investor Approval.
These options will already be selected and are dependant on Business Rules in place by the Management Company:
If the Invoice option is not selected here, then this option is not available to you and you will not be able to view or print the invoice.
You will need to contact the Management Company issuing the work orders.
