Cash Flow and Expenses:
The Aspen iProperty® Cash Flow section allows you to search and manage expenses by module, payer, and status for a specific date period. Set due dates to make partial payments to assist you in managing your expenses.
Cash Flow
Log in to Aspen iProperty® and select Cash Flow from the system menu.
Receivable Tab: The following search criteria can be selected from the drop-down menus:
- Module
- Module Status
- Work Order Number
- Client Work Order Number
- Payer
- Due date between
- Status
- Include Archived Transactions?
Click the Go button without any selections to view all expenses.
Note: The Receivable tab is for the collection of payments from your client(s).
Note: Currently the Work Order Module is the only module turned on. Check back later as other modules will be available.
Select the checkbox next to expense(s) to complete the following actions from the Actions menu: (The Status of the expense will update per your selection).
- Submit for Payment
- Mark as Paid
- Set Due Date
- Accept
- Reject
Select Export from Excel to print your list of expenses in an Excel sheet.
Select Download Template to download the expense template in an Excel sheet to complete.
Select the Import to Spreadsheet to mark as Paid to bulk import all payable expenses.
Note: To make a parcel payment, enter that payment amount in the Paying field prior to submitting for payment.

To View any Expense Details:
