The Worklist Tab:
The Work Lists tab is a powerful tool that allows you to manage your work orders in Aspen iProperty®. View Work Lists is a living report that updates real-time activity and gives you the flexibility to sort and filter work orders by selected search criterias.
View Work Lists Drill down to specific work order types by selecting from the drop-down menus or selecting the checkboxes or radio buttons for the following:
Work Order Include Closed Non Archived
Work Order Type Include Closed Archived
Status Address, State, County and City
Vendor Client
Date Search Investor
Client Due Date Team
Vendor Due Date Person
Include Open
Click Apply filter.
Click the plus Advanced Options to drill down further.
A list of filtered search results appears. As you complete each work order, the work list screen automatically remembers your filter so that you can continue working on the list of work orders.
- To reassign a work order to an internal team and person, select the checkbox(es) next to the work order(s) and select Reassign Work Order from the Actions menu.
- To update the status of bulk work orders, select the work order, work order type and the status from the drop-down menus. Check the box(es) next to the work order(s) and select Update Status from the Actions menu.
- To export to Excel, select the checkbox(es) next to the work order(s) and select Export to Excel from the Actions menu.
View Work Order Reports Drill down to specific work order reports by selecting data from the available drop-down menus:
Worklist Type Team
State Property Person
County Asset Type
City Type
Client Status
Investor Occupancy
Between Dates Current Agent
Note: Your search criteria will change depending on the Work List Type you have selected.
The result returned from View Work Order Reports is different depending on the work order type and filters selected.
Note: You can export all lists to Excel.
