Aspen iProperty® Address Book tab:

The Aspen iProperty® address book allows you to manage and communicate with all of your company’s organizations.

 Log in and click the Address Book tab.

Basic Search Options:

You can search using the following drop-down menu options:

Organization                 Service Type

Company                      First or Last Name

Address                         City

State                            County

Zip Code                       Home/Work/Fax/Mobile Phone

Email

Note: You can do a wildcard search by clicking the Go button. You will see results for all organization contacts in your Address Book.

Advanced Search Options:

Advanced Search offers the following search options:

• Capacity (0-500)
• Rating (1-5)
• Status – Active, Not Active, or All
• Insurance - Valid, Expired or Missing
• Insurance Type – General Liability, Workers Compensation, Errors and Omissions, or Other
• License - Valid, Expired or Missing
• License Type –Appraiser, Electrical, Environmental, General Contractor, HVAC, Lead Abatement, Other, Plumbing, Real Estate or Roofing.
• Mobile Provider

Note: The search results returned list the Organization Name, Service Type(s), Service Areas, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Work Phone and Fax numbers, Email, Mobile Provider, Active/Not Active status and the connection icon  if you have connected through Aspen iRecord®
