Aspen Grove has a feature for you to run your "Matched" and "Not Yet Matched" reports directly from your Aspen iRecord® account.
Each primary contact can go into their Aspen iRecord® account and pull the report of who has matched (connected) or not matched (not connected) to their network.
Matched With Your Network Report: shows a "connected" status when the connection and verification codes have been entered into their Aspen iRecord® account to connect with a work provider.
Not Yet Matched With Your Network Report: shows a "created" status when the connection and verification codes have been provided to a vendor by their work provider but have not yet entered them into their Aspen iRecord® account.
Aspen iRecord® - Reports
After you have logged in to your Aspen iRecord® account, click on the "Reports" link, located at the top right corner of the screen.
Next click on the specific hyperlink for which report you wish to run, "Matched With Your Network" or "Not Yet Matched With Your Network".

The work provider has visibility to the following items when connected through the network:
- Organization Name As Provided by You
- Organization ID As Provided by You
- Organization Name As Registered on Aspen iRecord
- Vendor Credentialing Status
- Primary Contact
- Primary Contact Individual Compliance Status
- Background Check Expiration date of Primary Contact
- Primary Contact ShieldID (ABC#)
- In Pre-Adverse Period?
- Date Background Check Submitted
- Date Background Check Completed
- IC01
- Total in IC02 (includes any in Pre Adverse Period)
- IC02 In Pre Adverse Period count
- Total in IC03 (includes any in Pre Adverse Period)
- IC03 In Pre Adverse Period count
- Total in IC04 (includes any in Pre Adverse Period)
- IC04 In Pre Adverse Period count
- Submitted
- Not Submitted
- Expired
- Expiring 25 Days
- Expiring 45 Days
- Expiring 25 Days resubmitted
- Expiring 45 Days resubmitted
- Expired but Submitted

The work provider only has visibility to the information they entered into the system for the business that has not yet entered the codes into their account, that information consists of the following:
- Organization ID As Provided by You
- Doing Business As Name
- Address
- City
- State
- County
- Zip Code
- Connection Code
- Verification Code
Note: Either report can be downloaded to your personal computer through the "Export" button at the top of the report and then select the download method.
